The building is 10 floors tall and features a penthouse atop a four-level parkin garage. A stunning porte cochere provides a welcome entry for visitors who enter its lobby. The lobby finishes include Rosso Alicante marble, limestone, granite, glass and copper. At the ground level, the bustling coffee shop Magnolias: Sous Le Pont welcomes visitors into the building.
