Harwood International signed leases totaling over 330,000 square feet in 2022

Harwood International has announced a successful end to 2022 with the expansion of Haynes and Boone, LLP by 24,721 square feet at Harwood No. 14 to bring the total square feet signed by Harwood for the year to over 330,000 square feet

The Haynes and Boone, LLP expansion brings the firm’s total footprint in Harwood No. 14 to 149,000 square feet and the tower to 76 percent pre-leased. Harwood No. 14 broke ground in the Spring of 2021 and is set to open later this year. 

The flurry of leases in 2022 brings the Harwood District to 93 percent occupancy across all completed towers and the recently-acquired Luminary to 100 percent leased.
