The latest office development in the Harwood District is Harwood No. 14. The 27-storey, Class AA tower’s design is heavily influenced by nature, featuring a two-storey lobby with monumental stairs blending indoor and outdoor features, a landscaped plateaux, Dallas’s first finned curtainwall system, open air pocket gardens and a spectacular 17,000 SF rooftop including a sky garden.
