In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer, Ken Babb’s responsibilities include an integral role in the development of investment strategies and the analysis, selection and structuring of decisions related to potential investment and disposition opportunities.
In addition, his duties include the tax and financial reporting for numerous companies and partnerships under the control or management of Harwood.
Prior to joining Harwood in 1997, Ken, a certified public accountant, was a partner with a Dallas, Texas-based public accounting firm, responsible for providing tax planning, financial reporting and consulting services to entrepreneurial and real estate business enterprises.
Ken holds a BSBA with honors from the University of Central Florida. He also completed his graduate work there.
