For 20 years, Julie Morris has been responsible for office and development of property acquisitions and dispositions in Harwood’s target markets. She leads and coordinates the acquisition and disposition team, including its activities in market selection and underwriting, negotiation, financial analysis, and due diligence services.
Julie has completed property acquisitions, sales and financial transactions in the US, London, Paris and Switzerland for Harwood International. Two of her greatest accomplishments are the assemblage of the 15+ city-block development now known as Harwood International Center and the negotiation of world-record rents at Harwood’s Cleveland House, on St. James’s Square in London.
Julie belongs to the following organizations: Greater Dallas Association of Real Estate, Certified Commercial Investment Manager, Women’s Commercial Real Estate Association, NAIOP, CREW Dallas, Luxury Marketing Council and Urban Land Institute.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Austin.
