Sixth Harwood development to be tallest office tower in Uptown Dallas

WHAT:       “Building Launch Ceremony” for Harwood International Saint Ann Court

                  9:00 – 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 11, 2007, Saint Ann Court Project Site

                  Saint Ann Court will be a Class AA luxury office building offering more than 320,000 square feet and 26 floors of distinctive architecture, amenities, and ready access to major Uptown Dallas attractions. Designed by Perkins + Will and Shimoda Design Group, Saint Ann Court will be completed in Spring 2009. Nearly 135,000 feet of office space is already committed to an elite tenant list. It is the sixth out of 17 phases planned by Harwood International.

Special features for tenants and visitors include the Saint Ann Court Café by Marie-Gabrielle™ restaurant featuring on-campus fine and café style dining and in-office catering; water features and gardens such as the Rockefeller Sky Garden over the 11-story parking garage; Barbier-Mueller Art Collection; “Samurai Bar” espresso lobby bar; “On-a-Good-Day™” lounge; valet parking; and private fitness center.
