DALLAS – Jan. 29, 2010 – Global real estate developer Harwood International recently announced three new lease agreements in Harwood with Senior Care Centers, H. T. Moore, and Daniel Sheehan & Associates.
Harwood International signed 22,921 square feet at 2828 N. Harwood with Senior Care Centers. Jihane A. Boury, vice president of leasing and development for Harwood International, and David O. Roehm, executive vice president for Harwood International, negotiated the lease.

Senior Care Centers – an organization that provides skilled nursing, long-term care, Alzheimer's care, assisted living and independent living across the state – will be located on the 11th floor of 2828 N. Harwood. The Class A building is the fourth out of 17 phases planned for Harwood district in Dallas developed by Harwood International.
Harwood International also signed two additional lease agreements at its newest development in Harwood – Saint Ann Court. H. T. Moore, LLC signed a lease of 1,500 square feet and Daniel Sheehan & Associates, LLP signed a lease of 3,140 square feet.
H. T. Moore, LLC, an investment banking firm, will be located on the penthouse level overlooking downtown. Boury negotiated the lease.

Daniel Sheehan & Associates, a legal firm, will be located on the 12th floor of Saint Ann Court overlooking the 20,000-square-foot Rockefeller Sky Garden. Boury negotiated the lease.

Designed by Los Angeles Architect Shimoda Design Group, the 26-story Class AA office tower has been completed, offering an extensive list of amenities to its tenants and visitors in the Harwood district. It is the sixth out of 17 phases in Harwood planned by Harwood International.
