Harwood International takes a long term approach in creating and managing its portfolio of investment properties. Under our transaction committee review process, each property enters our portfolio following strict investment guidelines, and is then placed into value added operations/development under the direction of an asset management or development group.
However, active management and refinement of priorities periodically create disposition opportunities which are reviewed on a regular basis.
